Moody Balm's Lip Balm and Balm Bars are handmade in small batches from skin-loving ingredients like Sweet Almond Oil, Mango Butter and Oat Extracts to keep you hydrated and fresh!

Moody Balm was started with the idea that it would be fun to create scent and flavor blends that you could use to express and hone your mood. My Angry scent elicits a fierce, powerful image. My Pouty scent, sweet and sharp. Happy, revitalizing and bright. And Sad, succulent and forlorn.

Every Moody Balm product is formulated to be moisturizing and safe! Moody Balm Lip Balm is great for chapped lips and the Balm Bars are wonderful for any dry skin!

My Mission Statement

I want you to have fun with your cosmetics! I also want to give products to my community that have healthy, safe and natural ingredients. When I use a safe, synthetic ingredient (e.g.- Isopropyl Myristate; <2% in my Balm Bars), I use them only when I'm confident of their gentleness and when no reasonable, natural alternative can be sourced.

About the Crafter

Whether it's formulating, crafting, packaging, shipping, customer relations or even the design of our website, Bryan handles all of it (that's me)! My interest in crafting cosmetics began when my partner bought some lip balm supplies for hobby-crafting. I tried making a batch, had fun coming up with ideas for blends and the rest led us to where we are, right here! This very page you're reading! Look at us! Here we are!

So you do this all on your own?

I (Bryan) feel like it would be disingenuous to pretend Moody Balm was a solo effort. My family and my friends helped with feedback, testing and moral support while I developed and continue to develop Moody Balm. I literally could not follow this dream without them. Every Moody Balm product is backed by their influence and support.

In the more literal sense though, yes.
